Great villa located in Theologos, only 2.5 km from the Theologos village and beach. It’s idea for families and groups and can host up to 9 guests, with spacious rooms and big external patios and garden.
The villa extends in two levels. The ground floor consists of 2 bedrooms with queen size beds , one bathroom , a kitchen and a small living room.
The upper lever consists of another 2 bedrooms (with 2 en suite bathrooms). One has a queen bed and the other 1 queen and 1 single bed. On this level there is the main living room and a second kitchen as well. The ground floor includes 2 fans and the upper level is fully air conditioned.
The guest has full, private access to the entire property.
The area is known as a tourist resort due to its location. The whole settlement is located on a large bay. The main beach is located along the beach road. It is long in length but narrow in width. It has fine sand and the waters are cold and clear. The port of the area accommodates small and large vessels.
Other beaches are Vlychada, Lekouna, Arsanas and the beach of the Building Cooperative of Permanent Officers of the Greek Army (OSMAES). In OSMAES there are several small bays that offer swimming, the roads are wide and in the summer months visitors can go cycling and various other activities. There is also a playground on 38th Street to keep the little ones occupied.
