This is a recently renovated (Jan. 2019) 105 sq.m apartment located in a neo-classical building with Athenian architecture. The place combines the contemporary design of the renovation with the classical shape and attidute of the building. Regarding the location , cannot be more central. Few minutes walking to Syntagma square and surrounded by hundrends of bars and restaurants

The apartment extends into two levels. The upper level consists of the open-plan kitchenette with the living room .

The lower level (connected by an internal wooden stair) consists of a hallway, four bedrooms and three bathrooms . One of these bedrooms (all with queen beds) features en-suite bathroom.

Syntagma a.k.a. Constitution square is the most central area of Athens. The Parliament building is the centre of political life of the country, and the square is well known for the cafeterias which attract large numbers of visitors. Busy and full of life, this neighborhood extends towards Monastiraki, including many excellent hotels, famous shopping street Ermou, small affordable restaurants and cozy cafes for snacks, drinks and coffee. With a main metro station, a central fountain and the parliament itself it is an ideal location from which to begin a morning stroll of Athens.

The place is very central and you will hardly need to use even the public transportation means. Everything is in walkable dinstance.

This brand new apartment is located in the most upcoming area of Athens, Koukaki. It is few miutes walking from the most important sites and at the same time remains a neighbourhood for locals.

The apartment consists of a living room with an open plan kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Two bedrooms have 2 queen beds and the 3rd bedroom one double futon sofa bed.
The sofa in the living rooms turns into a double bed too.
On the back side there is a small balcony for quiet morning coffee.

A formerly low-profile neighborhood at the foot of the Acropolis, home to several service stations and body shops in the past, Koukaki has evolved over the last year in the hottest fun spot in the city, as new hangouts with an alternative character open one after the other. The tour begins from the “Bell Ray” (88, Falirou Str.), which is housed in an old service station that turned into an all-day industrial space, with large windows, tasty snacks, and lovely cocktails, where you’ll find it hard to get a table. The wine bar “Boheme Bourgeois” (36, Anastasiou Zinni Str.) prefers wines from the Greek vineyard, which come with cheeses and cold cuts. Right next door to it (34, A. Zinni Str.), you’ll find the “I Fabrika tou Efrosinou”, namely the factory of Efrosinos – the patron saint of cooks – with plenty of meze dishes and stews. The Oasis Pool House is located in Lagonisi area in the suburbs of Athens next by the sea. Our place is one of the famous summer attractions in the Athens Riviera. It is full of life during the day, such as cafes, taverns, beaches but also night bars with the amazing sea view. On the other hand you can find traditional Greek food in restaurants located in the middle of the valley. The seaside coast is also suitable for swimming, sports, generally ideal for families.

The Oasis Pool House consists of the Main House and the Guest House.

The main house consists of 3 levels and a loft. The Mediterranean architectural style gives a warm and vivid character to the house. The ground level provides a spacious kitchen area with a nice sitting area looking towards to the garden, a dining room, a warm and cozy fire place sitting area, two main bedrooms, and a bathroom. It can accommodate up to 6 guests. The upper levels provides a huge living room with 2 fire places and a wc , one kitchen area and 4 luxurious bedrooms. The master bedroom which is 50 m2 also comes with its own Jacuzzi area.

The Guest house, is located in the garden, which it has a spacious bedroom in suite and a lovely shiny living room within a kitchen and a dining table. It also provides a separate bathroom. The large opening of the house creates a transparency between the exterior as well as interior space in the house. It can host 2 people and 1 person in a couch. In the garden you can also find a nice bar by the pool. The design and beautiful vivid colors of the garden landscaping, gives you an exotic, peaceful but also romantic feeling where you can relax during day and night.

Guests have exclusive access to the whole property, the garden and the swimming pool.

The area offers a perfect combination of infinite sea views with the olive groves that are common in the Eastern part of Attica. At this pivotal moment, the safety and well-being of our guests is a top priority at My Villa Corfu. As part of our ongoing commitment to our guests’ safety, My Villa Corfu has implemented a number of additional processes and precautions to minimize any viral risk. Rest assured we are looking ahead and utilize precautionary measures to protect the health and safety of our guests and team members.
Whether you already have booked a trip with us, or are planning your upcoming travel, we want to let you know that we have taken the following proactive preventative steps:
1. Our Villa practices meet the latest coronavirus guidance for the continued safety and well-being of our guests.
2. The Villa has no neighbors, thus having all the isolation, expanse and clear weather. Enjoy comfortable and private accommodation in a peaceful rural location. It is very secluded far away from the regular tourist crowds.
3. Privacy and tranquility are two elements that define the ideal holiday at My Villa Corfu.
4. Before each arrival there will be a general disinfection of all areas of the villa for Covid 19 by a specialist. ( we will give to our guests the relevant certificate)
5. Alcohol-based hand rubs/sanitizers are provided upon check in.
6. We stress regular hygiene. Check out time will be at 10:00am instead of 11:00 am in order for us to have plenty of time to sterilize the Rooms. Exquisite cleanliness is of paramount importance.
7. We sterilize all sheets, pillows and towels.
8. Every booking will have its own blankets cleaned and presented to you for the duration of your staying.
9. For your own safety we have invested in Mattress Protectors that are removable. After check out every protector is changed and replaced with a sterilized one, which means your bed will have a clean new mattress protector just for you to have that clean feel!
10. Our housekeeping teams will wear disposable masks and gloves and are disinfecting all hand surfaces in the rooms as part of our rigorous cleaning procedures. They will disinfect anything a traveler would touch frequently; this can include but is not limited to, light switches, door handles, toilets, etc.
11. Our personnel are locals.
Your time and personal well-being are critically important to us. Please know we are closely monitoring global developments regarding the coronavirus, and we are fully focused on protecting the health and safety of our guests and crew. Location:
Nissaki is in the north east of the island about 30 km from the airport.
There are many lovely beaches nearby such as Agni (which also has several great tavernas) and Kouloura.
The nearest beach is a 20 minute walk and a 10 minute drive.

The villa is a 45 minute drive from the airport.
A hire car is recommended.
